Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging, with your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, with photos of the item and packaging, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once received: copper water bottles, copper glasses, Bamboo toothbrushes, and Copper tongue cleaners. This doesn't affect your rights if one of these items arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — see Damages and issues above.

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Shipping and duty charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable on all orders, Canada and U.S. alike. For orders shipped to the United States, any customs duty or import tax charged at checkout is also non-refundable, even if your order is later returned, exchanged, or refunded — these amounts cover carrier and customs processing costs that are incurred regardless of the outcome of your order. Only the price of the merchandise itself is eligible for a refund. See our Shipping policy for details on how shipping and duty charges work.

Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
