Shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship to Canada and the United States, from our Mississauga, Ontario warehouse via Stallion Express.

How long will my order take?

Canada: Standard shipping is 3–5 business days; Express is 1–2 business days.
United States: Standard shipping is 5–8 business days; Express is 1–2 business days.

Customs & Duties (U.S. Orders)

Will I be charged customs duty on a U.S. order?

Possibly, depending on the items in your order. If so, it's calculated automatically and shown as a separate "Duties" line item at checkout, before you pay — never collected as a surprise bill by the carrier when your package arrives. You'll always see the full cost of your order, duties included, before you complete your purchase.

Are shipping and duty charges refundable?

No. Shipping charges and any duties or import taxes charged on your order are non-refundable, even if your order is later returned or refunded. These amounts cover carrier and customs costs that are incurred regardless of what happens to the item afterward. See our Shipping policy for full details.

My order arrived damaged — what do I do?

Email info@shopdaasi.com with photos of the item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery, and we'll send a replacement or refund.

Materials & Care

Will my copper piece change colour over time?

Yes — copper naturally develops a patina with use, which is part of its character rather than a flaw. See our Ritual & Care Guide for full care instructions.
